Build the power behind AI.

The largest energy and AI campus in America is rising in the Texas Panhandle — and it is built by hand. Welders, operators, nuclear engineers, electricians, data center technicians: the timeline is now.

The work

Four frontiers, one campus.

Power & construction

Turbine erection, switchyard build-out, pipeline and water infrastructure — the first construction phase is already complete, and the next five years are the busiest in Panhandle history.

Nuclear

Four AP1000 units filed with the NRC, next door to the most safety-fluent workforce in the country. Licensing, quality, and operations careers measured in decades, not project cycles.

Data centers

Fifteen liquid-cooled halls serving frontier AI. Commissioning, critical environments, and operations at densities most of the industry has not touched yet.

Corporate & community

Finance, land, permitting, safety, and the long relationship with Amarillo and Carson County — 600 permanent roles are committed to the county in writing.

Open roles

Hiring runs through our recruiting board.

Roles post as the build advances — power and construction first, then nuclear, data centers, and corporate. The board is live.

The timeline is now. Help build it.
